The construction division performs the actual demolition and construction associated with commercial and residential facilities.  Likewise, with our own staff and equipment we perform all the excavation, grading, backfill and paving requirements in-house. During environmental projects, if contamination is detected, we are capable of excavating, packaging, loading and transporting contaminated soils and water to permitted disposal facilities throughout the State of Hawaii and U.S. mainland.  As a licensed general contractor in the State of Hawaii, our team of professionals performs plumbing, electrical, excavating, shoring, backfill, compaction, concrete and asphalt paving requirements. 

In addition to underground work, we have constructed and built complete fueling facilities and quick lube facilities throughout the State of Hawaii. These facilities include canopies, kiosks, complete interior remodeling and finish grading. Additionally, we have completed turnkey warehouse construction starting with subsurface footings, the concrete slab, structural steel erection and / or CMU tile work.  Likewise, with our core of dedicated and committed subcontractors, FOPCO performs all the finish work, including light guage steel/wood framing, drywall, plastering, painting, carpeting and tile work.  Exterior work includes roofing, downspouts, finish/stamped and colored concrete, asphalt and landscaping.
