Company Statement
 FOPCO, Inc. is licensed in the State of Hawaii
as an “A” (Engineering), “B” (Building), “C-13”
(Electrical), “C-14” (Signage), “C-27” (Landscaping), “C-31” (Masonry), “C-33”
(Painting) and “C-37” (Plumbing) General Contractor (License Number ABC 15942).
We are classified as a small business per Federal and State of Hawaii criteria. The company was formed in 1986 and incorporated in the State
of Hawaii on January 3, 1989. We are divided into three divisions: 1) Construction,
2) Electrical/Mechanical, and 3) Specialty Services; including Environmental, Precision Testing/Calibration and Cleanings. Although each division provides a distinct service, each are staffed with industry
and journeyman grade professionals who support and compliment the other divisions in the performance of individual or complex
multi-trade projects. We have extensive experience in the areas of general and environmental
construction, turnkey electrical and mechanical work and various construction sub-trades. Our
services range from servicing, removing and installing more than 5,000 underground or aboveground tanks in the past fifteen
years to installing electrical services, transformers, instrumentation and controls and solar powered electrical generating
systems. We have experience in completing mechanical/plumbing projects including
entire school water systems, petroleum and gas facilities and flow meters. We
have also performed the excavation, handling, and/or remediation of more than 500,000 tons of various types of contaminated
soil. We can provide turnkey general construction and electrical work for the
installation of new petroleum fueling facilities, such as COSTCO and Unocal Service Stations.
We have also completed entire electrical service work for Wendy’s Restaurants and Ralph Lauren Polo outlets. These turnkey services include civil and site work, utility installation, concrete
and asphalt placement, electrical signage wiring, landscaping and painting. Our
client base is varied and substantial and includes Federal, State, and Local governments, major oil companies, hotel chains,
hospitals, major retail corporations, construction companies, and hundreds of small businesses. A sample listing of our clients include the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, State of Hawaii, City and County of
Honolulu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii, AT&T, Corps of Engineers and Air Force and Home Depot. Training Our field management and environmental labor forces have received
OSHA training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910 and our staff closely monitors and schedules refresher classes as required. In addition, our employees possess DOT, CPR, First Aid, and confined space training
necessary for environmental, electrical and construction project scenarios. Additional
professional training dealing with the removal, maintenance and installation of UST’s and AST’s are provided to
our employees through equipment manufacturers. Likewise, where necessary, our
field personnel are involved in an on-going medical monitoring program to meet federal, state and project requirements.  Our safety record is flawless with safety an
integral part of our daily operation. Our work is performed "by the book," and short cuts and common practices not recognized
by the construction, electrical or petroleum industry are strictly forbidden. We rely heavily on the National Electrical Code,
State of Hawaii UST Technical Guidance Manual, the American Petroleum Institute’s and the Petroleum Equipment Institute’s
"Recommended Practices and Procedures," as well as the local county Fire Departments.
FOPCO Fleet and Equipment Our equipment and vehicles are new and well maintained. To preclude delays
and frustrations inherent with rental equipment, we own our major excavation equipment (Excavators & Backhoes) as well
as extensive support equipment. We employ a full-time mechanic to ensure our
equipment is in optimum operating condition. Our management, financial and administrative
staff are equipped with the latest in computer hardware and software, which are instrumental in the generation of accurate
and timely reports and correspondence. Our office automation is supported by
an outside firm which ensures our systems are continuously maintained and updated with the newest innovations. The highly respected accounting firm of Erwin, Cabrinha & Au, Certified Public Accountants and the
Law Offices of Stubenberg and Durrett also support us. During the past seventeen years, FOPCO has enjoyed excellent growth and
