We have extensive experience in the area of general construction, electrical and mechanical service work and specialty environmental construction.  Our services include testing, cleaning, removing, installing and repairing more than 5,000 underground or aboveground tanks in the past 17 years and excavating, handling, transporting and/or remediating more than 500,000 tons of petroleum contaminated soil.  We also provide turnkey construction and electrical work for the installation of new petroleum fueling facilities.  This turnkey service includes civil and site work, utility installation, concrete and asphalt placement and electrical wiring and startup.  Our client base is varied and substantial; including federal, state and local governments, major oil companies, hotel chains, hospitals, major retail corporations, construction companies and hundreds of small businesses. COMPREHENSIVE WASTE HANDLING - U.S. ARMY

           Description of Work:  Over the past 10 years FOPCO has provided electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of oil/water separators and wash rack waste collection systems.  FOPCO also performs handling of the U.S. Army’s petroleum-based wastes at their Oahu facilities.  Specific duties included monthly pick-up and disposal of waste oil, diesel, grease, JP-5, gasoline and antifreeze.  FOPCO also provides over 100 part-washer units and oversees their monthly service.  Additionally, FOPCO cleans and disposes associated wastes from over 80 oil/water separators and 10 wash rack systems on an annual basis.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR WENDY'S RESTAURANTS

           Description of Work:  FOPCO provided turnkey electrical services in the construction of two new Wendy's Restaurants on the Island of Oahu.  The new restaurants are located in Kapolei, Hawaii and 630 Puuloa Road, Honolulu.  FOPCO also provides on-call troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems for Wendy's Restaurants State wide.

COSTCO GAS STATION INSTALLATIONS WAIPIO AND KONA

               Description of Work:  FOPCO constructed the largest turnkey private service station in the State of Hawaii at the Costco Wholesale Waipio location.  This facility included three- 30,000 gallon UST's, 16 dispensers and electronic and fiber optic data and communication wiring.  FOPCO also constructed the Costco Kona station, the largest fueling facility on the Island of Hawaii.  Work at both stations included installing underground tanks, underground piping and electrical conduits, dispensers, an overhead canopy, electrical service, lighting, pump starters and controls and telemetry equipment.  Both projects were completed within a very short time frame and within the original budget estimate.  FOPCO was awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Judges Grand Award for the best construction project in the State of Hawaii in the Year 2000 for the Waipio Station.

COMPREHENSIVE ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL SERVICES—U.S. ARMY

            Description of Work: FOPCO has provided comprehensive repair, troubleshooting and replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment at various U.S. Army owned wastewater pump stations, water plants and other various military installations on the Island of Oahu.  This service includes 24-hour response and service for associated electrical & mechanical systems at these facilities.  This contract has been renewed for the four option periods available on the contract.  The contract requires work to be done on electrical, instrumentation and telemetry equipment.

Under this contract FOPCO has demonstrated its ability to troubleshoot and repair motors that range from fractional horsepower to 250 horsepower size.  FOPCO has installed, repaired or replaced VFD Drives and control systems for local manual and remote automatic operation.  FOPCO has repaired and installed various monitoring, recording and control equipment including chlorine, flow meter, level and fluoride related equipment.

UST TANK TESTING - Hawaii, Guam, Wake Island, American Samoa & Diego Garcia

           Description of Work: FOPCO has provided inoculation and testing of over 180 underground storage tanks throughout various military and commercial installations in the State of Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Basin. In addition to the annual integrity test, a survey of the current tank systems status including deficiencies to the 1998 UST upgrade requirements is provided detailing costs and requirements. FOPCO has been the Praxair (Tracer Tight) Hawaii affiliate for the last 15 years.

UST & AST TANK CLEANING AND WASTE DISPOSAL

            Description of Work: FOPCO has cleaned and disposed of associated wastes from over 150 underground and aboveground petroleum storage tanks (AST's) located throughout various military installations in the State of Hawaii. Tank cleanings ranged from 500 to 200,000 gallons in size with waste types including waste oil, mo-gas, gasoline, diesel, and jet-fuel. Over 500,000 gallons of waste was removed, handled, packaged, labeled and properly disposed of within the State of Hawaii and the U.S. Mainland.
